The founders and executive management are highly successful business professionals with deep experience in their respective fields.

Chairman: Dr. Hal Clark, former President of Ingram-Micro, Ameriquest Technologies, and Everex. Ingram Micro is the world's largest distributor of technology products and components.

President: Bobby Toda, former Senior Sales and Marketing Executive at Seagate, Sony, Diamond and Conner.  Extensive international experience in OEM, retail and channel sales.  Background in Engineering for Apple and Hewlett Packard. Stanford MBA and BS/MS in Product Design.

VP Marketing: John Stacey has served as General Manager of IBM's Educational Software Group; President of Edmark, VP of Marketing & Sales for The Learning Company & Brand Manager, Procter & Gamble.  Harvard MBA, BA French & Economics, University of Virginia. 

Managing Director of Operations: Roy K Lee, former co-founder and CEO of Lifehelper.com; China National Development Director for Regus; President of Everex Computer subsidiary unit.  MSEE, University of Southern California, BS Computer Science and MBA  University of California at Irvine.

Our management team and staff are globally located in the U.S., Hong Kong, and China. Many of our managers have more than twenty years of experience in engineering, design, manufacturing, sales and operations.

Content development is led by well-know Chinese write, Dr. David Cai, who has written and edited more than two hundred English-to-Chinese books and magazines.
